CB could be the pick

Little slow at work today, so I have been poking around at some spots I haven't been too in a while.

General manager Jerry Angelo hasn't ruled out selecting a cornerback with the 26th overall pick in the upcoming draft. Angelo did rule out signing unrestricted free-agent CB Ty Law for financial reasons, but finding a third cornerback to pair with Charles Tillman and Pro Bowler Nathan Vasher is one of the Bears' "wants" this offseason.

I have been coming around to this line of thinking.  I was originally hard core for picking up a TE, but I am slowly moving toward somebody like Hill out of Clemson and then hitting one of the next tier TEs in the second round, somebody like Fasano.

The Bears would have profound interest in any veteran receivers who might be released, such as Marty Booker (Dolphins), Eric Moulds (Bills) or Joe Horn (Saints), who is a long shot to be axed but someone the Bears have on their radar.

I know any receiver that is available was going to be linked to the Bears at one point, but I hadn't heard these names as ones the Bears were tracking.
