The Bears have signed rookie linebacker Jamar Williams, a fourth-round draft choice from Arizona State.
The deal is for four years, $2.025 million with a $415,000 signing bonus. He is the fourth of Chicago's seven selections in this year's draft to come to terms on a contract.
