Just looking to get some opinions on this one. Most of the talk we have had here is whether the Bears will resign Berrian and whether he has earned big money. Maybe we should ask the question does Berrian want to be here?
I know if I was a receiver who thought I had skills that teams might bid on, I would want to go to a team where I at least knew who the QB was going to be. Say Grossman finishes this year strong and we don't sign anybody, then come next season he regresses again, that isn't good for a receiver either. If he could get good money elsewhere, what are the chances he just accepts the highest bid from whoever has the most stable QB situation?
