When I pray for some Bears news to break up the Mock Draft run we have been on this isn't what I had in mind, but it is what I got.
The Bears have signed free agent punter Filip Filipovic. Filipovic went to college at South Dakota and has played for the Dallas Cowboys, San Francisco 49ers, Minnesota Vikings, Philadelphia Eagles and Houston Texans.
He isn't going to challenge Maynard, not really sure what the purpose is other than just doing due diligence.
