Another Worthless ESPN Mock Draft?

I know that sentence is so obvious it is bound to collapse in on itself, but I have to ask it.

As opposed to web sites, where the authors often remain unseen or have no real basis to do a mock draft, this guy actually gets paid to know this stuff so, I have a question about Todd McShay's most recent mock draft.

He has the Bears picking Kentucky QB Andre Woodson and while I am getting used to the idea of seeing his name with ours in the draft, this is the closet I have gotten to an actual scouting report:

Teams will be concerned about Woodson's occasional lapses in decision-making and lack of mobility, but he possesses the size, arm strength and accuracy as a passer to develop into a good starter in the NFL. The Bears will likely consider themselves fortunate if Woodson falls to them at pick No. 14 overall, given the quarterback issues that have plagued the team in recent seasons.

Occasional lapses in decision-making and lack of mobility?  ...he possesses the size, arm strength and accuracy as a passer to develop into a good starter in the NFL?

Wait don't we already have that?  Isn't that basically the take on Rex Grossman?  Are we really going to go through this again?

I think the Bears have earned the right to have their version of Tom Brady haven't we? How many years must we go without finding our Peyton Manning? We are the oldest team in the league and all we have had is Sid?
