Angelo May Want To Rethink His Stance On Receivers

This is article is short and sweet, so shall this post.  Its intent is to disprove Jerry Angelo's theory that the receivers are not that important.

Look at last night's Super Bowl, when the teams needed it the good receivers step up.  Larry Fitzgerald went from 1catch in 2 1/2 quarters to 7 catches for 127 yards and 2 TDs.  Those Tds got the Cardinals back in the game and almost gave them the win.

When Pittsburgh needed it Santonio Holmes came up big and made a fantastic TD catch to ice the victory.

If we were in situations like this do we see Hester or Davis or Booker or Lloyd being able to make these plays?  I think not.

Go get a receiver Jerry!
