I never, ever link to Bleacher Report, but they are the only ones I can find that are saying this.  But, according to this article, Mike Martz is to be named the next Offensive Coordinator for the Chicago Bears.

It's suspicious that none of the other beat writers are on this, and no other links can be found, so take this with a grain of salt.

Also, he is quoting himself in the BR article.  He wrote the article, but is speaking in third person.  Hmmm.
