Detroit Fans finally feel comfortable enough to take these bags off...can the Bears help them get 'em back on?

Boys and Girls, I have to say--it felt particularly nice to get home from work today and slide into the good ole  orange #6 jersey.

It's felt like an eternity since the Bears defeated the Panthers last Sunday, and couple that with the...interesting...conversations we've had with a segment of the Lions fans this week, and, well, I couldn't be more amped up for this game if you told me that I'd be having dinner with ScarJo afterwards.

This Lions team is a far better version that what we're used to seeing--but the Bears should be able to go toe-to-toe and break their spirits. First quarter thread is up at 8et/7ct, but go past the jump for some tidbits, and some general rowdy behavior.

Tom Thayer doesn't think too highly of Suh.

"Ndamukong Suh is cheap," Thayer said Monday on "The Mully and Hanley Show" on WSCR-AM 670. "He's one of the best defensive linemen in the league, but he hits late, after the whistle, with the intentions of hurting people."

Early Field Reports from Kevin Seifert--noted Bears fan

Per Zaidman:

Lions are first NFL team to rally from 20+ point deficits in 2 straight wins. Under Lovie Smith, Bears are 44-8 when leading at halftime.

Nick Fairley has family in town for the game -- Let's hope the Bears make them sad.

The Lions can smell blood -- the band-aids need to hold.

And here's some more from Seifert, who I think is actually giving the Lions footrubs after the game.
