Ugh.

Ugh, ugh, ugh.

Hard to believe that at the half, the Bears led this one 10-7, and only because Calvin Johnson gave a nifty headfake to Chris Harris before charging into the end zone on a 73-yard reception. After that point, Brandon Pettigrew hauled in a quick throw from Matthew Stafford for 18 yards and a touchdown, four minutes later Jahvid Best ran 88 yards for a score, and the Lions defense began to tee off on Jay Cutler.

I say "began" because the Lions only collected three sacks, two of them in the fourth quarter, but the Lions were in Cutler's face the entire game, forcing false start after false start, hitting Cutler over and over, and just generally making his life miserable. Despite that, Cutler himself had a pretty solid game.

Also in the "good" side, Johnson only caught one touchdown pass, so breaking his streak of two TDs each game is something, I suppose.

Quick, disappointing numbers after the jump. See you with Scribbles in the morning.
