[UPDATE: Apparently, the Rams had informed my source (someone very close to the Harris situation) that they would claim him if he fell to them during the waiver process. Looks like they changed their minds.]
We are generally not in the business of breaking news here at WCG, and I would never put us in a situation where our credibility is questioned, but a source with knowledge of the situation informed me that recently-released safety Chris Harris is expected to sign with the St. Louis Rams.
This is coming on the heels of the news that Chicago recently acquired recently-released LB Jabara Williams. Please understand that I am using the words "expected to sign" because that is how it was conveyed to me. No official word yet, so stay tuned for more info.
