Former Bears/ Fighting Irish WR Jim Seymour passes away at 64

Best known for his record-setting 276 receiving yard game against Purdue (in his very first game at Notre Dame), former Fighting Irish and Chicago Bears wide receiver Jim Seymour has died at the age of 64.

After being drafted by the Rams in 1969, Seymour spent three years with the Bears, and ended his career by playing for the Chicago Fire of the World Football League.  We send our thoughts to Mr. Seymour's family and friends.
