Lockout Workouts: Players getting back into shape despite work stoppage

Last week, we heard that Bears WR Rashied Davis was trying to organize workouts, despite being barred from team facilities.  We're not sure how that is shaping up, but stories are starting to pop up about where players are going to start getting back into shape.

Gregg Rosenthal is reporting that Matt Forte and Greg Olsen are both working at Bommarito Performance Systems in Miami (along with Chad Ochocinco, Wes Welker, Jon Beason, and others).

John 'Moon' Mullin indicates that Roberto Garza and Robbie Gould are among those working at Poliquin Performance Center in Northfield.

And Sean Jensen has info on where Johnny Knox, Anthony Adams and Matt Toeaina are training (EFT Sports performance in Lake Forest), as well as Charles Tillman (Fitness Quest 10 in San Diego),  and Israel Idonije (working out at home).

It's good to see these guys getting back to the grind... staying in shape is an absolute must.  But not having valuable time with the coaching staff is something that can't be replaced.
