Last week, we briefly discussed any potential fans that show up to Soldier Field and really separated themselves from the crowd.  Bears fans don't really have anything similar to the Dawg Pound, the Skins' Hogs, etc., but they are known to create some distractions when opposing offenses are on the field.

Affectionately known as the 4th Phase, Chicago recognizes the importance of having contributions off the field, and this past week was a testament to that fact.  It just so happens that they were facing one of the most efficient offenses in the league, and QB Aaron Rodgers was mostly able to keep the chains moving in crucial situations, despite decibel levels reaching thunderous levels at times.

We can say, however, that the combination of Julius Peppers at the defensive end position, paired with the rowdy crowd in Soldier Field, continue to create false start penalties before the ball is snapped. If the 4th Phase continues to stay involved, we're hoping to see a difference make down the stretch when the division title is on the line.
