He's the Best QB prospect since Peyton Manning, and has the tools to become a top 5 QB in the league in the coming years. He will solidify the QB position for the Colts for well over the next decade barring any injuries. RG3 may be popular right now, but the career paths of Vince Young and Michael Vick give credence to the popular belief that running QB's won't be able to win Super Bowls. Until Vick, Newton, or RG3 wins a Super Bowl that belief won't change and Luck will represent the best chance for Indy to reach the ultimate goal of a SB win.
