If there's one thing we learned about Phil Emery when he took over as Bears' general manager, it's that he's a hard worker. After signing guard Chilo Rachal yesterday, the Bears have agreed to terms with linebacker Geno Hayes.
Hayes agrees to a one-year deal. He's a sixth-round pick of the Buccaneers from 2008, started 42 games for them in his short career, and had a career-high 98 tackles in 2009. He brings some extra depth behind Brian Urlacher, Lance Briggs, and Nick Roach.
