And the hits keep coming for the Minnesota Vikings, according to the four letter network, Adrian Peterson was arrestedthis morning for resisting arrest in Texas.
There has been no word yet on what the original charge was for, but a resisting arrest charge in Texas counts as a class one misdemeanor. While C1 misdemeanors usually aren't punished by the NFL, it will be interesting to see what else will come out of the police report.
It also may be important to note that Peterson was ticketed in 2009 for driving 109 mph in a 55 mph zone. Peterson is still working on making his return from an injury that caused him to have reconstructive knee surgery last season.
