Cutler 'plan' still unfolding - Moon Mullin: With the likes of Brady Quinn being signed and Favre getting calls, Cutler will be the Bears’ QB in 2014. The only question is price and it likely has next to nothing to do with the draft, which is a virtual lock to bring in a QB.
