NFL Week 8 Open Thread: Packers leading the NFC North

The Chicago Bears aren't playing this weekend, we've still got plenty to talk about.

Despite losing two of their first three games of the season, we knew those pesky Green Bay Packers wouldn't have a losing record for very long. And of course, they returned from their early bye-week with three consecutive wins. Tonight, they take on the battered Minnesota Vikings on Sunday Night Football.

The 4-3 Detroit Lions hope to try and keep pace with the Packers as they take on the Dallas Cowboys this weekend (also 4-3).
