Common sense missing from Trestman’s coaching - Steve Silverman: Rushing Cutler back before he was ready was the mark of an insecure and immature coach. If there’s any question, Trestman must learn to err on the side of caution.

Bears getting very little bang for their defensive bucks - Mike Mulligan: Injured Tillman still expensive, and he was defense's only strong Pro Bowl candidate for a unit that has had at least one make the game since 2004.
