Well this says it all:
LM: #Bears coach Marc Trestman says Jay Cutler has been cleared to play Sunday vs. Lions and is expected to start.
— Chicago Bears (@ChicagoBears) November 7, 2013
Originally projected as a 4-week injury, Jay Cutler has cleared the doctor's screening Thursday morning and barring unforeseen setbacks will walk onto the field Sunday a scant 3 weeks after suffering a groin injury that left him virtually unable to walk.
It's a credit to the Bears medical staff, and particularly to Cutler, who by Trestman's account worked as hard as he could at rehabbing and getting himself ready to play. It also doesn't sound like he's going to be limited at all:

What do you think about the throwing motion, is it anything to be concerned with?
It could be nothing, check this video that was linked up down in the comment section by Claudio Oliveira.
