The biggest storyline in today's game was the return of Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler, who sat a month with a high-ankle sprain. Cleveland had dropped four straight games, and the Bears needed a win to stay in the NFC North/ playoff hunt.
And of course, nothing would come easy for Chicago.
Cutler threw two 1st half interceptions, one being a pick-6, and multiple penalties kept them moving backwards. But the rhythm came in the 2nd half, for both the offense and defense, and Chicago ended up keeping their playoff hopes alive with a 38-31 victory.
Quick stats:
Jay Cutler 22/31, 265 yds, 3 TD, 2 INT
Matt Forte 24 rushes, 127 yds
Brandon Marshall 6 rec, 95 yds, 1 TD
Alshon Jeffery 5 rec, 72 yds, 1 TD
------------
We will have a more comprehensive look tomorrow, but for now, what are your thoughts?
