2013 NFL Draft: Virginia OT Oday Aboushi

We're looking at offensive tackle Oday Aboushi - where do you think he fits in the draft, closer to the top? Or falling deeper into the third or fourth?

Peter Casey-US PRESSWIRE

Today we're offering up a guy that's projected to be anywhere between a first round pick and a third round pick in this year's draft, because we don't like to focus solely on the first round - a team can find good players all throughout the draft or even outside it. Oday Aboushi found himself in the first round before falling as low as the third and fourth round following a rough Senior Bowl game performance.

He's pointed to as more of a tools-y player that needs to improve a lot on technique and skill - if you want to look at him as a higher-round J'Marcus Webb, that sounds about similar to me. CBS' scouting report marks him as "naturally large" with good weight distribution who's played on both the left and right sides at tackle, but he gets "fundamentally lazy" and doesn't have NFL agility, getting beat by speed rushers and counter moves. But he does have a bit of a mean streak and plays aggressively with his size.

SBNation's Dan Kadar at Mocking the Draft has Aboushi as the 44th best prospect and 5th tackle, heading to Indianapolis in the first round. WalterFootball has him going to the Colts all right, but not until the fourth round. Pretty indicative of how different people view these "tools-y" players.

Where do you view Aboushi, and where would you fit him in the draft?
