Mocking the Mocks: Who Daniel Jeremiah from NFL.com thinks the Chicago Bears will take

It's Mock Draft time in the NFL! That time of year when everyone and their grandma speculates on which player will go where. A time when we're sure to hear terms like "need position", "best player available" (or BPA for the true Draftnik), and "reach" thrown around. In the coming weeks here at Windy City Gridiron we'll look at a mock, present it to you, and ask you to mock it.

NFL.com has a gaggle of scouts, experts, and prognosticators, all dropping Mock Drafts on a consistent basis. Today we'll take a look at their most recent, the mock of Daniel Jeremiah that was published today. Be sure you take a gander at his entire mock draft before you comment on his selection for the Bears.

Maybe the player you believed should have gone to Chicago is already gone in his mock... Basically don't be the guy complaining that the Bears should have taken Lane Johnson, or risk being mocked yourself.

With the 20th pick in the Daniel Jeremiah NFL.com Mock Draft, the Chicago Bears select...

Kevin Minter, ILB, LSU (6'1" 245)

Here's what Jeremiah had to say about the pick;

Minter might lack ideal size, but he plays with excellent instincts, toughness and quickness. He made a ton of plays for LSU's defense and would provide the Bears with some much-needed youth at the linebacker spot.

I'm not sure how I feel about this selection. While I understand linebacker is a need position for the Bears, I'm not sure Minter would be the way to go. Then again, if Brian Urlacher is allowed to walk, that would increase the need for a new guy in the middle.

What do you guys think? Check out his mock draft and tell us who you would take at 20 for the Bears.
