Saturday Night Open Thread: Blackhawks Go For 2-0

The Blackhawks are representing Chicago in the Stanley Cup Finals, and there's not much else going on tonight, so enjoy your Open Thread.

USA TODAY Sports

Two of the four members of the editorial staff here are big puckheads (at least; I've never seen Dane or Les express a hockey interest), so you're getting Stanley Cup Final open threads, particularly when the Blackhawks have a chance to go up 2-0 on the Boston Bruins.

You know, there's one thing I wish was possible - NFL playoff series. It'll never happen, and it shouldn't, but I love watching between-games adjustments in a tight, best-of-seven series between two high-caliber opponents. So we should see a few tonight if you're watching tonight's game on NBC Sports Network.

And Jonathan Toews is the Selke Trophy winner (best defensive forward).

Of course, for everything you'd ever want to know about the Hawks and Bruins, feel free to check out our SBN affiliates at Second City Hockey and Stanley Cup of Chowder, respectively.

Not too much more in the way of Bears news going on tonight, so here's your open thread for the evening. As always, Open Thread Responsibly (TM).
