OverDog is LIVE-- Come play video games with Chicago Bears players

A while back, we told you about a project that Hunter Hillenmeyer was starting, and now, it's live!

USA TODAY Sports

OverDog exists for one reason: To make it easy for fans to connect with players in the video game world.

Nearly everyone plays video games these days, and it's one of the most popular hobbies of professional athletes. With technology allowing players to compete with players from the other side of the world, it can be pretty exciting-- and competitive-- to compete with the best of the best.

One of the fastest-growing ideas in video games these days is the ability for the lay fan to play games against some of their favorite players. How cool would it be to play a game of Madden against Matt Forte, or a game of Assassin's Creed against Lance Briggs? Well now you can!

OverDog is bringing the fans and players together, and the app is now live in the Apple App Store (LINK). Android will be out in mid-summer.

So go download the app, sign up, and get challenged by real players to a game. There will be a TON of players online tonight, so this would be a great time to jump in and get your feet wet.

Just to give you an idea of some of the current and former Bears players that will be around playing:

Matt Forte, Chris Conte, Corey Wootton, Lance Briggs, Charles Tillman, Cheta Ozougwu, Adam Podlesh, DJ Moore, Ruben Brown, Anthony Adams, Kahlil Bell, Pisa Tinoisamoa, Qasim Mitchell, John Owens, Geno Hayes, JD Runnels, Mark Anderson, Nick Roach, Rashied Davis, Rex Grossman, Tim Shaw

GAMES START TONIGHT, SO GO SIGN UP!
