Chicago Bears sign Defensive End Josh Williams

The Chicago Bears have a new face at practice today, rookie defensive end Josh Williams from Kansas.

The Chicago Bears added to their quickly depleting defensive line depth today, by signing a player they had in for a try out during their rookie mini camp. We gave you a little bit on Josh Williams back in May, when we spotlighted the mini camp participants.

Josh Williams (6' 4", 257), Kansas DE - A 12 game starter last year at Kansas, showed 4.7 speed at his pro day.

And in case you were wondering, Williams was issued #72.
