Phil Emery Approval Rating: July 2013 Edition

The Chicago Bears hired Phil Emery as general manager before the 2012 season, and since then, he's orchestrated a major facelift that is still in progress.

For the sake of not influencing anyone's thought process, we won't get into detail, but will ask that you take into consideration his management of Drafts, coaching staff, roster personnel, etc., and vote below on whether you approve or disapprove of him as the GM of the Bears.
