In an ideal world, 4:00pm ET today will show an NFC North that has the Chicago Bears sitting at 2-0 and the Green Bay Packers and Minnesota Vikings at 0-2. The Packers are hosting Washington today at Lambeau.
And that other North team is traveling west to face the Arizona Cardinals... they kick off at 4:05pm ET.
But first things first-- The Bears are kicking off against the Vikings, and Marc Trestman's unit can be expected to open the playbook up a little more now that the team has gotten some snaps under their belts. The offensive line hopes to continue their development, again with more snaps, and the defense will undoubtedly be focused on stopping #28.
Sunday afternoon, Soldier Field. This is your 1st Quarter Open Thread... Have fun!
