With NFL teams only having 53 roster spots and 8 practice team members to work with, we will still be seeing a significant number of transactions getting the final pieces in place for the 2013 season.

This morning, Todd Archer reported that the Chicago Bears dealt a conditional 7th round draft pick in 2014 to the Dallas Cowboys for TE Dante Rosario.

Rosario has bounced around since being drafted by the Panthers in the 5th round of the 2007.  His resume:

2007- 2010: Panthers

2011: Dolphins (Sept 5- 20th)

2011: Broncos

2012: Chargers

2013: Cowboys (signed June 3rd)

Rosario measures 6'3, 245, and in six seasons has caught 99 passes for 1,106 yards and 8 touchdowns.
