Jay Cutler videos: On-air as Lovie Smith was fired, and mic'd up on the field

Let's have a happy place for a change...

Justin K. Aller

While a portion of Chicago Bears fans burn down the internet with their anger, we decided it would be a good idea to create a safe, happy place to smile and reminisce and joke and eat sassages and drink cold ones and celebrate the small things in life.

Yes, the Beloved lost yesterday, but they're also 3-1 to start the season, and have every reason to suffer through some growing pains with another new offense and a completely new offensive line that includes two rookie starters.

Let's kill some time and smile a little bit.

VIDEO #1 - JAY CUTLER IS ON AIR WHEN LOVIE SMITH IS FIRED

You have some nice jabs and jokes being thrown around the studio, when all of a sudden - BAM - it's announced that Lovie Smith has been fired.  What does Jay Cutler do?  Reads an advertisement for Cadillac.

VIDEO #2 - JAY CUTLER MIC'D UP

The video starts with some Cutler INT's and bloopers, with his mic'd up response to each.  Then it switches to a happier, more congenial Jay Cutler.  From the clip:

Broncos DT Gerard Warren (6'4, 335): "That boy survived Vanderbilt for four years."

DT Michael Myers: "Hell yeah."

Warren: "You know he can take it... He's a tough one!"

Now back to our regularly scheduled pitch fork wielding and torch burning.

It's the end of the world as we know it...
