Sunday NFL Week 1 Late Games and Sunday Night Football Open Thread

There's two games in the late set, plus the Sunday Night matchup later on. Come watch them with us!

Mike DiNovo-USA TODAY Sports

A Bears win sure feels great, doesn't it?

There's plenty of time to bask in the win and break it all down (which we'll certainly do tomorrow), but for today, celebrate and watch the remainder of the NFL action with us.

3:25 PM CT
Arizona Cardinals at St. Louis Rams
Reason to Watch:
If there's a third team that might be able to compete in the NFC West, the Rams might be able to contend for a wild card spot; after all, they had the best division record within the NFC West last year.

3:25 PM CT
Green Bay Packers at San Francisco 49ers
Reason to Watch:
One, it's the Packers. Two, it's the Packers and 49ers in a playoff rematch - remember when the Packer defense couldn't stop the Niners' offense? Exactly. Three, the Bears are currently tied for the lead in the NFC North.

7:20 PM CT
New York Giants at Dallas Cowboys
Reason to Watch:
It's the only game on. But that aside, it should actually be a fun watch. Plus, we can see what a high-value extension quarterback might look like, I suppose?

Enjoy the afternoon games; we'll have a thread for you tonight for the late game. As always, Open Thread Responsibly (TM).
