The injuries keep piling up for the Chicago Bears...
#Bears have placed LB Darryl Sharpton on IR with hamstring injury & promoted QB David Fales from practice squad.

This is the 3rd linebacker the Bears have lost for the season. First they lost outside linebacker Lance Briggs, then it was middle linebacker D.J. Williams, and now it's backup mike backer Darryl Sharpton who is placed on injured reserve. Sharpton is the 9th Bear to go on season ending IR.
The Bears are expected to roll out Jon Bostic at middle linebacker, Christian Jones at weakside linebacker and Shea McClellin at strongside linebacker on Monday Night Football against the Saints. Khaseem Green will back up at outside linebacker and DeDe Lattimore will back up in the middle.
With David Fales being elevated from the practice squad it will be interesting to see if he receives any playing time if the Bears are getting blown out in any of these next three games. Jimmy Clausen is still the #2 QB, but he's not under contract beyond this season.
What are your thoughts on these latest roster moves?
EDIT: According to Brad Biggs, the promotion of Fales wasn't just because the Bears wanted him up:
#Bears could have considered other options after placing Sharpton on IR, but #Patriots were trying to sign QB David Fales off prac squad.
