The Chicago Bears haven't played on a Sunday in a while, and this week is no exception. While they get extra time to prepare for the New Orleans Saints on Monday Night Football, we hunker down to watch teams fight for their playoff lives as the regular season comes to a close.
On the docket for the early games:
- Pittsburgh Steelers at Atlanta Falcons
- Washington at New York Giants
- Miami Dolphins at New England Patriots
- Oakland Raiders at Kansas City Chiefs
- Houston Texans at Indianapolis Colts
- Jacksonville Jaguars at Baltimore Ravens
- Green Bay Packers at Buffalo Bills
- Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Carolina Panthers
- Cincinnati Bengals at Cleveland Browns
Consider this another brief respite from watching the Chicago Bears burn, as Halas Hall will probably be quiet all day long. And if you need some extra reading, may I suggest THIS piece on how the current dysfunction in Chicago is nothing new, it's not hidden the way it normally is.
This is your Early Games Open Thread... have fun!
