Comedian Jeff Garlin of The Goldbergs and Curb Your Enthusiasm is a long time Chicago guy and a lifelong fan of the Chicago Bears. Earlier today he called into The Rich Eisen Show and discussed the game tonight against the Dallas Cowboys.

Here's a transcript of their conversation...

RE:
"Jeff, you confident?..."

Jeff Garlin:
"In what, the Bears"

RE:
"Yeah, we'll start with them first, yes."

Jeff Garlin:
"No, I am not confident. The Cowboys will win tonight. The Raiders would win tonight. The Bears stink."

RE:
"Jeff Garlin, you don't feel that, for real, that the Raiders would come in here and knock off your Bears. You're that down on them?"

Jeff Garlin:
"I most certainly do. It would be the flukiest, perfect Bears thing. Oh my god do they stink! Fire everybody."

RE:
"...If I put you in charge , Jeff Garlin, of The Chicago Bears, you would fire them all...everybody?"

Jeff Garlin:
"I'd fire the GM. I'd fire the coach. But you know who's got to go first is the ownership. It's crappy ownership. The whole thing sucks. I'm mad! (*Laughs)"

RE:
"You are mad, but listen, it's a quarterback driven league and Cutler is either not getting the protection he needs or he is not playing as well as he can. Where do you stand on that issue, Jeff?"

Jeff Garlin:
"In all sincerity, I'm not the biggest Cutler fan, but the dude is not getting any protection. Forget protection he needs, he's getting no protection. There's one good offensive lineman, the rest are crap. That's all. I'd keep long and get rid of all the rest."

RE:
"Jeff Garlin of "The Goldbergs" joining me here. Alright, let's get down to the most important..."

Jeff Garlin:
"And by the way, Jeff Garlin of the "The Goldbergs" of course makes me an expert in Chicago Bear. (*Laughs)"

RE:
"Hey listen, you're a Bears fan, Garlin, and you watch all these games..."

Jeff Garlin:
"Yeah, I have a right...But I don't last passed halftime with the Bears. I don't last passed halftime. "

RE:
"Well, is that what happened on Thanksgiving? You didn't watch the whole game?"

Jeff Garlin:
"Oh, no way. Nope, not me...I saw the writing on that wall. I saw the writing on that wall."

Do you share Garlin's "confidence" in the Bears tonight?
