At this point, most Chicago Bears fans are just waiting for it to die. Nothing surprises them anymore, and a pitiful performance in front of a national audience doesn't even phase them.
They are just waiting for it to stop breathing. Whatever it is, just bury it in the ground, throw a large nondescript rock on top of it, and move on.
