We're just a few weeks away from the annual meat market / job interview know as the NFL Combine. While the official list of participants hasn't been released by the NFL yet, CBS Sports.com has managed to acquire a list through The Sports Xchange.
There could be some changes to this list, and once the NFL makes it official we'll bring that to you.
Here's a position by position look at the expected participants, along with the Combine schedule.
On Saturday, February 22, the tight ends, offensive linemen, and special teams will work out.

Chicago Bears fans should be mindful of the tight end position, as they currently only have a single legit NFL TE on the roster, Martellus Bennett. The Bears will need to add at least one player to the roster, unless they plan on Dante Rosario re-signing and/or have high hopes for Fendi Onobun.

Bears fans will want to check out the center prospects because they currently don't have one on the roster. CBS Sports only lists one center with a 1st round grade, so finding a guy in the middle rounds makes sense. Weston Richburg is their #2 center -- 3rd round grade -- so keep an eye on him.
I think the Bears are content at guard and tackle, but there is room for some competition, especially at tackle.
There's a chance the Bears could lose super sub Eben Britton to free agency, so keep an eye on the versatile prospects.
LONG SNAPPER
Heit, Marcus, Kansas State
PUNTERS
Clark, Steven, Auburn
Hocker, Zachary (Zach), Arkansas
Hornsey, Thomas (Tom), Memphis
Leone, Richard (Richie), Houston
Mandell, Cody, Alabama
O'Donnell, Patrick (Pat), Miami
KICKERS
Boswell, Christopher (Chris), Rice
Fera, Anthony, Texas
Santos, Cairo, Tulane
If I were in change of the Bears I wouldn't draft a punter, but I'd definitely be on the phone with the best undrafted punter once the draft ends. Hopefully Patrick Mannelly comes back, but if he doesn't the Bears will need a long snapper.
On Sunday, Feb. 23 the quarterbacks, running backs, and wide receivers will take the field.
QUARTERBACKS
*Bortles, Blake, Central Florida
Boyd, Tajh, Clemson
Bridgewater, Theodore (Teddy), Louisville
Carr, Derek, Fresno State
Fales, David, San Jose State
Garoppolo, James (Jimmy), Eastern Illinois
Lynch, Jordan, Northern Illinois
*Manziel, Johnny, Texas A & M
Mathews, Jeffrey (Jeff), Cornell
Mc Carron, Raymond (A.J.), Alabama
Mettenberger, Zachary (Zach), Louisiana State
Morris, Stephen, Miami
Murray, Aaron, Georgia
Renner, Bryn, North Carolina
Savage, Thomas (Tom), Pittsburgh
Shaw, Connor, South Carolina
Thomas, Logan, Virginia Tech
Vaughan, Dustin, West Texas A & M
Wenning, Keith, Ball State
If the Bears needed a QB, this would have been a good draft to snag a prospect. If Josh McCown leaves via free agency, the Bears may be wise to pluck a guy late in the draft. Remember that fat Jay Cutler deal is essentially a 3 year contract.
RUNNING BACKS
Andrews, Antonio, Western Kentucky
Archer, Dri, Kent State
*Atkinson, George, Notre Dame
*Bibbs, Kapri, Colorado State
*Blue, Alfred, Louisiana State
*Carey, Ka'deem, Arizona

Hewitt, Ryan, Stanford
*Hill, Jeremy, Louisiana State
Hyde, Carlos, Ohio State
*Johnson, Westleigh (Storm), Central Florida
*Josey, Henry, Missouri
*Mason, Tre, Auburn

Millard, Trey, Oklahoma
*Muema, Adam, San Diego State
Perkins, Ladarius, Mississippi State

Taliaferro, Lorenzo, Coastal Carolina
*Thomas, De'anthony, Oregon
*Westrrance, Towson
White, James, Wisconsin
*Wilder, James, Florida State
Williams, Andre, Boston College
Williams, Damien, Oklahoma
If the Bears spring Michael Bush, I'd be OK if they draft a guy late to compete with Michael Ford. I like Ford as a prospect, but not enough to assume he'll take hold of the back up tailback job. West Virginia's Charles Sims has been compared to Matt Forte, and CBS Sports has him with a 3rd round grade.

This still feels odd to type, but I feel the Bears have zero need at wide out.
On Monday, Feb. 24, the defensive linemen and linebackers will work out.

Whaley, Christopher (Chris), Texas
Wynn, Kerry, Richmond
If you've been paying attention, you know the Bears have a serious need on the defensive line. They currently only have one DT under contract, Stephen Paea. They also only have one starting caliber DE under contract, and Julius Peppers is a cap casualty candidate.
After the d-linemen work out, I expect a lot of discussion on Windy City Gridiron.

The Bears addressed linebacker last year by drafting two players and signing two free agents, but the position is in need of help again for 2014. Hopefully Jon Bostic and Khaseem Greene have great offseasons, but based off last year, neither is ready for a full time starter role.
While I don't think drafting a linebacker is a top priority, I wouldn't rule one out if Phil Emery has one in his sights.
On Tuesday, Feb. 25 the corner backs and safeties will close out the Combine.
DEFENSIVE BACKS
Alexander, Maurice (Mo), Utah State

I'd expect the Bears to address defensive back in the first three rounds of the draft. They need help at both safety and corner, so drafting a guy to start at either position is a possibility.
What are your thoughts Bears fans? Who will you have your eye on during the Combine?
