The Chicago Bears have lost a key member of their 2013 secondary, when just moments ago the New York Giants announced they signed Zack Bowman.
The Giants have re-signed DT Mike Patterson and signed Free Agent CB Zack Bowman.

Bowman filled in admirably at corner with Charles Tillman struggling to get through the 2013 season. He played in all 16 games with seven starts. He had three interceptions including a pick-6, and he chipped in with 48 tackles.
Bowman is a good back up CB that can play on the outside, but he hasn't played much if any nickelback reps in his six year career. Bowman's biggest plus for his new team is that he's a solid special teamer.
This just further strengthens the notion that the Bears will add a corner in the NFL Draft.
What are your thoughts on the Bears losing Zack Bowman?
