There's a lot to get to on today's practice, especially if you love wide receivers, backup quarterbacks, punters and long-snappers. Let's get to it...
Tim Jennings and Willie Young both made it back to practice today after their quad injuries. Chris Conte, Craig Steltz and Kyle Long all still sat out, as per usual - with a surprise addition to the "not practicing list."
WR Terrence Toliver is not practicing. Conte, Steltz and Long all remain out. #Bears

Jennings still didn't participate in team drills, however - just individuals.
Bears CB Tim Jennings (quad) has not participated in any team drills this morning.
— Rich Campbell (@Rich_Campbell) July 27, 2014
WR Terrence Toliver sidelined w/ a toe injury. He's day-to-day, per Marc Trestman. Tim Jennings began practice but rested much of the day.
— Jeff Dickerson (@ESPNChiBears) July 27, 2014
Marc Trestman says Tim Jennings didn't quite feel right after starting practice and left as a precautionary measure with a sore quad.
— Zach Zaidman (@ZachZaidman) July 27, 2014
Not in the "surprise addition" department, unfortunately.
First snap of live action: false start on the offense. 3rd day in a row that's happened.
— Jeff Dickerson (@ESPNChiBears) July 27, 2014
offense has false start on first play, trestman’s reaction: "we lost a play and added five yards, back in the huddle!" #bears

Trestman really gets into his practices.

Why's Marquess Wilson behind those bums Brandon Marshall and Alshon Jeffery?!
marquess wilson made an excellent catch - would’ve been a TD - on a vertical route to start his day.
— dan durkin (@djdurkin) July 27, 2014
#Bears WR Marquess Wilson gets behind CB Tim Jennings to haul in deep ball from Jay Cutler. Rookie S Brock Vereen arrives too late to help.
— Bob LeGere (@BobLeGere) July 27, 2014
Kyle Fuller might be making some strides.
Fuller D'd up Alshon Jeffery just now in one-on-ones. Knocked ball away. Was on him like glue.
— Michael C. Wright (@mikecwright) July 27, 2014
Kyle Fuller stands out big time. Has made plays EVERY DAY out here.
— Michael C. Wright (@mikecwright) July 27, 2014
Jimmy Clausen must've really made an impression on the coaching staff.
during wr/db drills, cutler and clausen working with 1’s and 2’s.
— dan durkin (@djdurkin) July 27, 2014
Oh. That's why they're over Wilson.
Alshon Jeffery just faked out Kyle Fuller to break open in one-on-one drills. The move was so good Jeffery lost one of his shoes.
— Zach Zaidman (@ZachZaidman) July 27, 2014
huge reaction from the crowd as brandon marshall makes a one-handed grab on a back-shoulder vertical route.
— dan durkin (@djdurkin) July 27, 2014
Cold water time.
Alshon caught only 1 ball on Fuller in 1 on 1s. He slapped fuller in head to get open. Would've been offensive PI.
— Michael C. Wright (@mikecwright) July 27, 2014
Fuller vs Jeffery is something to watch.

Your daily Shea McClellin update, with lots of linebackers getting lots of time.
mcclellin working at SAM with 1’s and MIKE with 2’s.
— dan durkin (@djdurkin) July 27, 2014
Good McClellin blitz, near sack in base personnel #BearsTalk
— John Mullin (@CSNMoonMullin) July 27, 2014
slauson showing no ill affects from shoulder surgery, got to second level and hemmed up mcclellin. #bears

Pat O'Donnell just killed a football.
Pat O'Donnell just punted one to Jupiter.
— Zach Zaidman (@ZachZaidman) July 27, 2014
Booming leg report: rookie Pat O'Donnell just crushed a punt in special teams drill. @BobLeGere's unofficial hang time- 5.1 seconds.
— Jeff Dickerson (@ESPNChiBears) July 27, 2014
pat o'donnell wowing the crowd with a series of booming punts, one was easily 65 in the air.
— dan durkin (@djdurkin) July 27, 2014
Moments after a standing ovation from crowd, Pat O'Donnell shanked one. It still landed in Kankakee.
— Zach Zaidman (@ZachZaidman) July 27, 2014
Pat O'Donnell just hit one of Saturn's rings. He has quickly become a cult hero to the fans in Bourbonnais.
— Zach Zaidman (@ZachZaidman) July 27, 2014
Sixth-round rookie Pat O'Donnell was far superior to Tress Way in 2 segments of team punting drills. Better distance, hang time & placement.
— Rich Campbell (@Rich_Campbell) July 27, 2014
Let's... no.
Crowd chanting "Megapunt" every time O'Donnell is on the field.
— Zach Zaidman (@ZachZaidman) July 27, 2014
The Bears added Jared Allen, Lamarr Houston and Willie Young in free agency. Trevor Scott insists he can play football too.
#bears nascar d-line. young, houston, ratliff, allen. pic.twitter.com/P1nNq06uxn

#Bears 1-on-1 pass-rush drill: DE Trevor Scott opening some eyes: beats Jermon Bushrod, then destroys Cody Booth.
— Bob LeGere (@BobLeGere) July 27, 2014
Maybe Will Sutton can add some speed at DT along with Nate Collins.
Rookie DT Will Sutton showing his quickness off the ball in 1-on-1 pass rush. Still needs to develop technique at point of attack. #Bears
— Matt Bowen (@MattBowen41) July 27, 2014
He was going against reserves but DT Nate Collins handily won his 1 on 1 pass rushing reps
— Brad Biggs (@BradBiggs) July 27, 2014
Help us, Pat Mannelly... You're our only hope...
not a good day for chas rempel, who is battling for the long snapper spot, multiple bad snaps. #bears
— dan durkin (@djdurkin) July 27, 2014
I've seen more bad snaps in the last 3 days than I did in the last 15 years.
— Jeff Dickerson (@ESPNChiBears) July 27, 2014
Snap on the ground for Chad Rempel in punting drill now. Brandon Hartson had one below thigh too.
— Brad Biggs (@BradBiggs) July 27, 2014
Long snapper Chad Rempel, the 10-year CFL vet, snapped one that O'Donnell had to jump for and bounced another one back. Not a good start.
— Rich Campbell (@Rich_Campbell) July 27, 2014
Special teams coordinator Joe DeCamillis says he hopes the #Bears long snapper is on the roster right now.
— Zach Zaidman (@ZachZaidman) July 27, 2014
Or not...
In honor of the #Bears having their conditioning test today I guess I will walk the golf course today instead of taking a cart. #retired
— Patrick Mannelly (@PatrickMannelly) July 24, 2014
Charles Tillman. Wily veteran.
Tillman just displayed the ideal "bail" technique vs. Marshall. Sink, stack & press the WR to sideline. Veteran stuff. #Bears
— Matt Bowen (@MattBowen41) July 27, 2014
Chris Williams makes a better receiver than he does a lineman.
Lunging grab by WR Chris Williams. He's showed up in passing game every day so far and that is key to him making 53
— Brad Biggs (@BradBiggs) July 27, 2014
The Bears remain undefeated.
Practice over. #Bears have won 3 straight.
— Zach Zaidman (@ZachZaidman) July 27, 2014
It's only training camp, so let's not overreact to anything we've seen today, but what are your impressions of the Bears through three days of training camp?
