The Bears return to practice today in Bourbonnais after having had yesterday off. That extra day of rest will hopefully have done Tim Jennings and Alshon Jeffery some good after they had to sit out Monday's session with aches and pains, and there's a possibility that Kyle Long may have been cleared to participate after going to the doctor's for a checkup on the viral illness that's relegated him to being a spectator thus far.
In case you missed it, with Terrence Toliver possibly suffering from a small fracture in his foot, the Bears signed a wide receiver late yesterday:
#Bears sign WR Dale Moss, who spent time on '12 P-squad with team. Played 4 years of hoops with South Dakota State, 1 year of football— Patrick Finley (@patrickfinley) July 30, 2014

As usual, there'll be a recap of key events and observations from today's session later. This is your open thread for practice, so have at it.
Force of habit: article pic in hi-res.
A few words from Lester, taken from last year's training camp open threads:
The ChicagoBears.com website has everything you need to know about Training Camp here.
