We'll start our look at today's Chicago Bears practice with who was missing and who was starting. Veteran center Roberto Garza was excused for personal reasons so Brian de la Peunte was starting in his place. He's also seen starter's reps at right guard and left guard this camp as well. With Kyle Long not ready for contact yet it was Michael Ola running at RG with the ones today.
On defense it was Adrian Wilson finally making his way to the number ones at safety with Danny McCray sticking alongside him. Ryan Mundy and Brock Vereen were the 2nd string safeties, but Mundy was rotating in with the ones in place of McCray. Charles Tillman was given the day off, but was dressed. Kelvin Hayden and Kyle Fuller began the day starting at corner. Don't read too much into Tim Jennings not starting today, he was dressed and participated.
Chris Conte and Craig Steltz were also still sitting out.
Now on to some Tweets...

When Christian Jones practices, you tend to notice him. That's a good thing for the rookie.

The defense just absolutely dominated the 11-on-11 red zone period. The offense wasn't sloppy either. Just got beat. #Bears

I'm OK with this from vet safety Wilson...
Adrian Wilson declined an interview today. "I don't do interviews. They're going to have to fine me." #Bears

Stay salty my friend...
Now how about the offensive side of the ball?
Marquess Wilson w/ a great grab over Kelvin Hayden & Adrian Wilson down the sideline. Although Wilson may have killed him if allowed to hit.

Really, I'd like to see that...
Thanks!

Oh noes, dis Allen fella is a Bum!

Is Trestman a nice guy or what?
Trestman got a $100 gift card from our radio guys. He threw it into the audience. Nice gesture.
