Bears Vs Seahawks Final Score: Seahawks Dominate Bears 34-6

I don't think that's how anybody - certainly not Bears fans - imagined the third preseason game going.

The Seahawks' first four possessions all ended in touchdowns. Marshawn Lynch scored one in his first preseason action. Russell Wilson ran in another. Jermaine Kearse and Christine Michael caught touchdown passes of their own. Steven Hauschka kicked a 59-yard field goal to close out the first half. The Seahawks didn't bring out their punter until the fourth quarter, and they were first stopped on third down in the third quarter. Jay Cutler threw a red-zone interception late in the first half, after a touchdown pass to Martellus Bennett was ruled short at the half-yard line and another touchdown toss to Dante Rosario was nullified by a penalty. Not to mention Robbie Gould missed a field goal. All this en route to a 34-6 complete drubbing of the Bears.

Suffice to say, the game didn't do anything to make the Bears look like any kind of playoff contender; however, let's be fortunate in one thing - if there's going to be a time to have a terrible game, it's going to be in the preseason when the result doesn't matter. And it means the Bears can work to correct this stuff now, instead of during the season.
