Rookie quarterback David Fales takes the reins tonight as the Bears travel to Cleveland for their annual preseason match up with the Browns.
The Browns, coming off of the news that their star wide receiver will be out all season, look to answer some question at that position and more as they head into a week 1 matchup against the division rival Pittsburgh Steelers.
