The Chicago Bears have started the season 0-3, and many Chicago Bears fans are already looking ahead to next year's NFL Draft.  While an 0-4 start is certainly possible, John Fox and coordinators Adam Gase and Vic Fangio have been coming up with a pretty good game plan in each game this season, and with news of a possible Jay Cutler and Jeremiah Ratliff return this week, the Bears may not let the Raiders come in and play spoiler.
