After winning two straight come-from-behind games in Weeks 4 and 5 of the 2015 season, the Chicago Bears are feeling pretty good about where they are sitting right now. And for good reason. They're currently enduring hit after hit on the injury front, and are barely patching together an offensive line and wide receiver corps.
The defense is also beat up, but still playing lights out football. And on top of everything, Jay Cutler is on fire and making great things happen.
Life is good for the Chicago Bears.
Next week's opponent, the Detroit Lions, are in the cellar of the NFC North. And not only are they in last place, they are winless at 0-5 so far this season.
So how could the Lions open up a 3-point favorite next week when the two teams meet?
Home field advantage is usually good for a couple point swing, but even that doesn't make any sense in this case.
