The Chicago Bears had a tough start to the 2015 season, dropping their first three games in a row and landing at the bottom of most Power Rankings polls.  But two consecutive wins have them on the rise, and they're showing all the signs of a team that is starting to get into a groove under the guidance of head coach John Fox and coordinators Adam Gase and Vic Fangio.

Today they square off against the Detroit Lions, whose early season woes have stretched well beyond just the first three weeks.  But this won't be an easy contest for the Bears, who are still dealing with a depleted wide receiving corps, and patchwork offensive line, and a quarterback who still has limited mobility.

If the Bears can squeeze out one more win, they'll ride a three-game winning streak into their much-needed Bye week, and everyone will get an extra week of rest and recuperation.

This is your 1st Quarter Open Thread... Have fun!
