The Chicago Bears have aspirations of a post-season berth thanks to a two-game winning streak, and it could be argues that during the last two weeks, they've played just as well as any other team in the NFC. But if they're truly going to try and grab a back door entry into the postseason, they will need to beat the Denver Broncos.
For that match-up, the inactives have been announced:
- RB Matt Forte
- WRs Alshon Jeffery and Eddie Royal
- DL Ziggy Hood
- S Antrel Rolle
- CB Jacoby Glenn
- OL Nick Becton
This marks the fifth game that Alshon Jeffery has missed with injury, and he is currently nursing a groin and shoulder injury in his latest round of ailments.
Matt Forte will miss his second consecutive game with a knee injury, so rookie phenom Jeremy Langford will carry the load.
Hroniss Grasu will start at Center versus the Broncos, and Matt Slauson kicks back out to left guard. Patrick Omemeh will start at right guard.
Chris Prosinski will start at safety in place of Antrel Rolle.
