As the Bears wind down on their 2015 season, I think it's safe to say that this team has likely reached their pinnacle from a performance standpoint. The coaches did the best with the roster thay had to work with, and after hitting on so many draft picks and undrafted free agents, general manager Ryan Pace has to be licking his chops when it comes to adding more talent and depth for 2016.
The NFL Draft is only a few short months away, and if he makes a big of a splash in his second year as he did his first, the Bears will be right back among the best teams in the NFC in short order.
