The Bears lost on Sunday. At home. Again. To yet another NFC team. While the coaching staff has certainly been upgraded, and there are a few key positions that we will want to keep in place for 2016, there should also be a significant roster overhaul again in the offseason, particularly on the defensive side of the ball.
There's only so much that can be done from a scheme perspective-- eventually, the players just have to make plays. And there is a shortage of play-makers on this football team.
