To say the Chicago Bears have painted themselves into a corner would be an understatement-- they've painted the entire floor inside a humid room with no ventilation and are feverishly trying to find a window to let a bit of fresh air in, all while trashing the floor that they keep having to repaint.
Their playoff hopes are not yet mathematically eliminated, but they're deliriously close to being buried, and need a lot of help from a lot of teams if they are hoping to survive. All in all, we're seeing the end stages of the 2015 season, but it has been a fun year of football to witness.
John Fox, Vic Fangio, and Adam Gase have gotten more out of this team than many would have thought, considering the depleted roster and lack of talent in every direction that you look. New general manager Ryan Pace did well in his forst season with the team, and if his roster additions were anything indicative of what he will do this coming offseason, the Bears could be back in serious contention in the NFC as early as next season.
But we won't put the cart before the horse here, as we have a little bot of football left to play this season... let's take a look at this week's game information.
