Chicago Bears' 2015 preseason schedule announced

Whatever Johnny Manziel may go on to achieve, to me he will forever be the guy MaBear described as having a face like a scrotum.

Ken Blaze-USA TODAY Sports

We found out last week which teams the Chicago Bears would be facing in the preseason; yesterday the Bears announced the exact dates and kickoff times (CT) of each of their four games:

Game 1: Miami Dolphins at Soldier Field, on Thursday August 13th at 7 p.m.

Game 2: Away to the Indianapolis Colts, at Lucas Oil Stadium, on Saturday August  22nd at 6:30 p.m.

Game 3: Away to the Cincinnati Bengals, at Paul Brown Stadium, on Saturday September 29th at 6:30 p.m.

Game 4: Cleveland Browns at Soldier Field, on Thursday September 3rd at 7 p.m.

As usual - unless enough owners support Washington's proposal at next month's NFL Spring League Meeting to forego the two-stage roster reduction process - expect teams to be required to cut the 90-man offseason roster to 75 between the third and fourth preseason games, and then a final cutdown to 53 players shortly after the final preseason game (a.k.a. the Scrub Bowl).
